EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY


DOMESTIC (WITHIN INDIA)

EXCHANGE
We shall gladly exchange any item for an alternative size, colour or style.
We request you to drop an email to team@nidraa.in specifying the product you would like in exchange. You can also choose to receive store credit in return for the exchange which will reflect in your uNidraa Account.
  • We will accept request for exchange only within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer, provided the product is returned in an unmarked, unused condition. Please make sure you do not cut off the tag, keep the packaging and the product in its original condition.
  •  No Return/Exchange on Indigo Products
  •  No Return/Exchange on Custom-Made Products
  • No Return/Exchange of Products bought on Discount or during the Sale Period
  • No Return/Exchange on Luxe Products

RETURN
ONLY In the unlikely event that your merchandise is defective, we at uNidraa follow a 7 day return policy for Products shopped within India. We request you to email us a photo of the damaged product to team@nidraa.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
As per the Return Policy, we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit for that particular amount, which shall be 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The uNidraa Product is damaged/defective. This will be determined by our team through inspection. The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or refund shall be final and binding.
  • Decision of Return/Refund are at discretion of team uNidraa. Don’t worry, we're a fair and helpful bunch :)
  •  All uNidraa products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.
  •  In order to maintain fair prices, items that are discounted cannot be returned. Kindly make it a point to understand which products are eligible for return before purchasing.
  • You can also choose to receive store credit for the return which will reflect in your uNidraa account.
  •  Though uNidraa customers pay a Rs.100/- shipping on purchase, in the event of a return/refund, Rs300/- shall be deducted from the refund amount towards cost of exchange.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE INDIA)

We ship worldwide and our international prices vary from country to country. Occasionally, a customer may have to pay additional import/custom duties and taxes which are country specific. The customer shall be responsible for paying these additional charges.

CANCELLATION
We do not allow for cancellation on orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and care so that every item you buy is something you are sure to wear and can confidently flaunt.

RETURNS
ONLY In the unlikely event that your merchandise is defective, we at uNidraa follow a 15-Day return policy for products shopped outside India. Please follow the following steps to ensure a smooth and easy return:
  • The customer/buyer needs to ship/courier the product (at their own expense) to:
    • Nidraa Lifestyle Private Limited, 152A, Rear Side of Ground Floor, Fashion street, Shahpur Jat, New Delhi-110049
  • Team uNidraa, on thorough inspection shall determine if the product is defective or damaged in any way. The Management's decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or refund shall be final and binding.
  • Decision of Return/Refund are at discretion of team uNidraa. Don’t worry, we're a fair and helpful bunch :)
  •  All uNidraa products should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt intact.
  • Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or an exchange.
  • Every uNidraa customer avails free international shipping. To account for this, Rs. 2000/- will be deducted from the refund amount.
  •  In the event that above conditions are met, a bank refund will be done.
  • uNidraa will only refund the product amount and not the shipping and duties involved.
    The Management reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter the aforesaid conditions and policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
